-$2000.00 refundable deposit OR
-$400.00 refundable deposit + $70.00 damage protection plan that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages. (non-refundable) = $470.00 and the $400.00 is refundable. When you go to book please specify and we will manually change the option for you. We take an additional $400.00 security deposit to cover items the insurance does NOT cover such as additional required cleaning after departure, excessive electricity usages, etc.

This cozy, luxury waterfront escape was exquisitely remodeled with unsurpassed quality throughout. Every detail of this three bedroom, two bathroom vacation house was to create a peaceful but also entertaining living space The inspired interiors and covered lanai area consists of outdoor living environments and large canal views that complement the interior sunrise and sunset views. The Bimini Breeze is truly a celebration of Florida expressed in contemporary modernism. Impeccably done, this home is one of a kind and includes curated local art.

From the second you walk through the front door, you will notice immediately a wide open airy concept with panoramic water views as a sparkling backdrop from every room in the house. A neutral color palette and just a few decorative accessories (zero clutter) on shelves and countertops let the smart mix of materials, and tonight’s dinner, shine. Beaming white quartz counters, brand new stainless appliances, and a chandelier that adds a perfect touch of romance. There are plenty of dining options inside or outside in the screened lanai, poolside, next to the water’s edge.

Retreat at the end of the day to the comfortable, safe haven of the master bedroom. Large plush king sized bed and fluffy bedding will have you forgetting about counting sheep. Ensuite with barn door partition leading to plenty of closet space, dual vanity vessel sinks and a walk in shower. The Bimini Breeze is a split bedroom design with the 2nd and 3rd bedroom on the opposite side of the house. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd two twin beds and a TV.

After a long hot day out on the water, a tiger snooze might be required. Cool down and relax on the dreamy Z Gallerie Cloud Collection couch and turn on the 75’ brand new smart TV with cable. Perhaps you aren’t quite ready so you decide to take a dip in the heated pool or hot tub but the sounds of the rain chain water feature makes sure you will reconsider.

Ideally located, the Bimini Breeze has direct gulf access and a quick boat ride to inviting white sand beaches at Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Watch boats of all kinds drift by, and dolphins, which sightings here are not uncommon. Located on one of the busiest canals in Cape Coral called the Bimini Canal, dockage is provided for the boating/yachting enthusiasts. It's also just short ride to waterfront dining & shops. Live your life by a compass not a clock.

  We arrived at Bimini Breeze after a short ride from the airport. We were immediately blown away with the bright, open layout and beautiful decor. The house is much more spacious than it looks from the outside.
  The house is well equipped and very comfortable for up to 6 people. With only 2 bathrooms, it’s perfect for a smaller family.
  The outdoor area has several seating areas and the pool and hot tub were clean and heated. The view is incredible, as you can see all the way down to the river from the canal. One day we rented a charter and our captain was able to pick us up from our own dock due to the location and ease of gulf access.
  We loved the privacy of having our own home and pool. There’s no getting up early to save a seat by the pool. Just enjoy your coffee on the lanai and listen to the Florida breeze.
  
  The management company was great to work with too. We would definitely consider renting with them again if in the area.

  We were blown away by this vacation home. The decor was stunning and the pool area was beyond what we ever dreamed of. This home sits right on the main canal and during our morning coffee you can hear the dolphins in the canal. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
