Check-in is at 4.00 pm or later. Please do not arrive to your vacation rental early. A great deal of work must be done to prepare a house for your arrival. If a property should become available at an earlier check-in time you will be notified immediately.
Check-out is at 10:00 am. Please be prompt as a delay in your departure may result in the house not being ready by 4:00 PM for the next guests. Like you, they are excited and want to be in their vacation home on time.
Can we have an early check-in or later departure time?
It really depends as back to back rentals require an extremely tight schedule from our crews. If that is the case early check-in or later departure is not an option. At other times we may be able to arrange something ahead of time and for a small fee. Fees
are used to compensate the people who do the work to prepare your vacation rental…to adapt their schedules or hire more help. However, please do not call for early arrivals and late departures on the day of arrival or departure at your vacation rental, we
will not be able to accommodate you and you will be charged for late departures.
Vacation Rental Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages
to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 or are not covered under the plan will
be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for
the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy, www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g20vrd.
The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Home Rental Systems of Florida, Inc. any amount
payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact Home Rental Systems of Florida directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment. If you do not wish to purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection, a $1,000.00
damage deposit will be required prior to check-in.
Cape Coral Properties
Please note from the airport, there is a toll on the Cape Coral Bridge for $2.00. They only take cash.
How do we gain access to the property?
We completely know that after a long drive or flight that the last thing you want is to do is track down a rental office. All of our properties have either a lock box or keyless entry. So when you arrive after the long trip, check in is as simple as going right
up to the property! Specific instructions for each property will be supplied to you once you make your final payment 30days prior to your arrival.
What should I do if I need help or additional instructions?
Please refer to all provided information in the property before contacting our office. Every property comes well equipped with a house manual containing all information related to the property. (wifi, service days, etc.)
Is electricity included in the price?
Yes, average utility usage is included in the rental price. As the cost of electricity is extremely high in Florida some of the properties have energy saving devices, meaning it is not possible to have the air conditioning running when the property is vacant.
Any excessive utility charges will be deducted from the deposit.
What is provided – Towel, linens, kitchen, etc.?
Fresh bed linens and towels are provided per guest for use in the property. We recommend you bring beach towels. All kitchens are fully equipped. An initial supply of paper towels, toilet tissue and laundry pods are provided to you as well. Should you use up
the provided supply; you are asked to re-stock based on your personal needs.
Is the property cleaned during my stay?
The property will be cleaned for your arrival and after your departure. Should you care to have a housekeeping service, we can provide this to you for an additional cost.
Is pool heating available?
Most of our pools have the option of being heated. Some heated pools are electrically heated but some are solar-heated and the temperature of the pool will therefore depend on the weather conditions. Please note that the temperature will not be hot like indoor
pools or hot tubs (unless of course there is a hot tub or spa.) Also, it can take some time to heat to your desired temperature as the heater works hard to filter thousands of gallons of water.
Can you provide baby furniture/equipment?

Can we have a party?
No. All of our properties are located in residential areas. We respect our surrounding home owner’s desire for peace and quiet in their neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
We are really tidy people; can we clean the place ourselves and skip the cleaning fee?
Unfortunately, No. We want to ensure that each guest has a stellar vacation rental experience with fresh linens and our special hospitality touches. Everyone has a different standard or idea of what "clean" actually is. We are responsible for cleaning and we
are serious about it. Our team is contracted and scheduled months in advance. It is your vacation time, enjoy it!
